Do you have a high fiber smoothie recipe?
We get asked all the time about how to increase the fiber in our green smoothie recipes. A few ways you can add fiber to your smoothies are: leafy greens, bananas, whole fruits, psyllium husk powder, hemp powder, and chia seeds. But you know what? We get it- you can only add so much spinach or kale before you’re over it. So we thought, “Why don’t we make Chocolate Fiber Smoothie Cubes?” While we were at it, we decided it would be a great time to add in some protein as well!
