Can I use frozen spinach in my smoothies?

While we are huge fans of freezing your own fresh leafy greens, we advise caution when buying frozen greens, such as spinach. Make sure you check the ingredients as some brands contain other things like salt and/or preservatives. Yet if you find frozen greens that contains only those greens and that option works best for you, go for it!
