I’m allergic to bananas. What can I use instead?

Some of our favorite swaps for bananas are mango, papaya, pears, unsweetened applesauce, nut butters, fresh dates, chia seeds, and avocado; it all depends on the type of recipe (smoothie, baked goods, etc.). Avocado won’t add sweetness, but we love the creaminess it gives to smoothies! And it's a great way to cut down on sugars and keep you full longer.
