Are green smoothies ok to drink while breastfeeding?

Breastfeeding and green smoothies is a great combo. Just avoid the starchy veggies (carrots, sweet potato and broccoli, for example) because that could cause gas for you and your little one and no one wants that. Also, we’d suggest not eating anything 30 minutes before or after your green smoothie to allow it to digest in your body quickly.
