I’ve been doing the challenge/cleanse and I have a headache that won’t go away.
There is light at the end of the tunnel. We promise. And while the first few days can stink, it does show you how reliant your body becomes on sugar, processed foods, and caffeine. It's kind of crazy. And you should be the one in control!! Like you, we've struggled with headaches while doing a green smoothie challenge or one of the cleanses. Make sure to drink plenty of water, keep up with your food to keep your blood sugar up and, if possible, move your body. Some light stretching or a walk are great options! And if all else fails, take a nap. Giving your body some extra time to rest may be just what it needs. Hang in there, you got this!
