How much smoothie should I drink per day?

Our goal for you is to add one 16-ounce smoothie to your day in addition to your regular diet. You can drink it with a meal, as a meal, or as a snack. There is no specific time of day you should drink your smoothie; fit it into your schedule where it works best for you.
