How many calories are in your green smoothies?

We personally don't count calories. You'll find that when you consume more nourishing foods like whole fruits and veggies, you'll not only feel full longer, but you'll also have fewer cravings for high-calorie, nutritionally empty foods. That said, we know many people like to keep track of their calories and/or macros. You can find the nutrition facts for each recipe at the end of each blog post, below the recipe.
