Is it ok to make my smoothie ahead of time and keep it in the fridge?

Kale yes! Whether you're an early riser and don't want to wake up the rest of your household or just prefer to have a "grab and go" type of morning, you can def make your smoothies ahead of time. Our recipes will keep in your refrigerator for 2-3 days in an airtight container and adding a small amount of lemon juice will help preserve all of their green goodness. You'll also want to give your smoothie a good shake before enjoying it as separation is normal (since you made your smoothie with nutritious, whole foods and no gross additives or preservatives!).
