Why is there no dairy in your smoothie recipes?

Dairy is one of the top undiagnosed food allergies and can be pretty tough on the digestive system. For that reason, we reach for plant-based milks (like almond, oat, or coconut) to use in our smoothies and we get our calcium from rawkin’ plant-based options like broccoli + leafy greens. (Yet if you enjoy dairy and the way it makes you feel, feel free to add it to your smoothie!)
