Why am I getting stomach aches after drinking my green smoothie?

Stomach aches or discomfort can be a common symptom if your body isn't used to drinking or eating lots of fiber. The high fiber in green smoothies is great for digestion but for newbies, it can shock your body. Make sure you drink lots of water to help move things along and flush them out. And for our green smoothie newbies, one serving (16 oz.) a day is enough.
